I took him for a problem that he fumed when starting. The first thing, I took it one day at 8 in the morning and I called the next day at noon and they had not started looking at it, but they told me that they would call me that same day to tell me the problem and the budget necessary for the repair. They didn't call me that day and the next day it was very close to the local closing time (4 in the afternoon) and I called again to see what was happening. They told me that they were looking but that it could be 3 types of breakdown, so I reproached them that it could not be and that they were very few professionals. The next day they called me and told me that they couldn't find which of the 3 problems it was and that they would need to disassemble the engine to find out, which would take a lot of money and time. I decided that they did nothing and that I keep the car as it was when I entered but 3 days later. Apart from all this lack of professionalism, now comes the worst, when picking it up a man came inside without a mask with the whole situation we are experiencing, so it gives me to understand that they always work without it in all cars, this is not all , but when I pick it up I see that many things fail that previously did not fail. The first thing I noticed is that the windshield wiper did not travel the same route as before, that is, it cleaned much less glass than before taking it there, then coincidentally the right rear light does not work for me and coincidentally I also have no windshield wiper fluid when I had completely refilled it 1 week before. I find it incredible that they are so unprofessional, it is a waste of a workshop to never take your car.
